EIA's sustainability core value rests on three pillars:
We strive to ensure that all of our activities and initiatives contribute to any one or all of these pillars of sustainability.
As one of the first airport terminal projects in the world to target LEED certification, the Living Wall demonstrates EIA's commitment to sustainable design. In addition, it is a spectacular centrepiece to the terminal and has been integrated into the architecture. It has been strategically located so that it can be enjoyed by both arriving and departing passengers.
Fun Fact: 95% of construction waste was diverted from landfills by using a recycling program during the construction of the terminal expansion.
