Growing Opportunities for General
Aviation
Edmonton Airports is planning for future development at both EIA
and Villeneuve airports.
Edmonton International Airport (EIA)
Edmonton International Airport has the largest land mass of any
international airport in Canada. It sits on 7000 acres of
land, of which 3000 acres are available for development. EIA
has invested $20 million in 2010 to service land for both Airport
Support and General Aviation areas to encourage development at
EIA.

General Aviation area for available lots.
EIA recently announced two land development projects which will
significantly enhance the range of general, corporate and
commercial aviation in the Edmonton region:

Edmonton Airports does not currently have properties for sale. For
properties listed for sale or lease by other owners, please visit
the airport site and view the bulletin board within the terminal
facility or contact the Villeneuve Airport Owners and Operators
Association. In addition, a list of businesses at the
airport can be found in our Business Directory. These businesses
may have hangar or office space available for lease.
