What You Need To Know
The following items are requirements you will need to consider no matter whether your work is inside or outside of the Terminal building.
Safety, Enivronment and Security - We ensure that the safety and security of our customers, staff, facilities and environment is a primary concern in all aspects of doing business. Your work may require that you follow some or all components of our Environment and Safety Management program (click here to review - Update 09/11) or our security program (click here to review).
Deliverables - As a responsible site manager, Edmonton Airports' is required to maintain current records of all work that occurs on any of the sites. This allows Edmonton Airports' to make copies of drawings provided strictly for the purpose of maintaining the facility and it's associated infrastrucutre. Please use this form and submit it with your Facility Alteration Permit application.
Utilities - Edmonton Airports' owns many of the utilities on site. In order to maintain service levels and safety at the airport, we have requirements that need to be met before tying into any of our systems. Click here for more details .
Connection request forms for both the electrical and other utilities can be found here:
fap.flyeia.com (Login:shpoint\FAPUser, Password:F@Puser)
It is recommended all utility connection request forms be completed and submitted prior to FAP submission to ensure capacity is available before proceeding with detailed design.
Maintenance - There may be standards for certain materials used on the site or within the terminal building. As well, there may be procedures for certain activities, such as tieing into a building system. To see Maintenance Standards and processes for requests, click here.
