Shelley Miller, Q. C.

Ms. Miller is a partner of FMC law, providing legal services to both the firm’s insurance law and commercial law Practice Sections.  Her practice encompasses a broad range including insurance consulting to government bodies, trade associations, insurers and intermediaries. She conducts auto, commercial and professional liability defence litigation and arbitration.  Ms. Miller has also been engaged in international tort law reform and scheme design facilitation.  She was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1996 and was named to the Legal Media Group Guide to the World's Leading Insurance and Reinsurance Lawyers in 2009 and 2010.  Ms. Miller currently serves on the Boards of RSA Canada and Alberta Municipal Services Corporation.  Ms. Miller is a resident of the City of Edmonton.
