Rolly Owens

Mr. Owens is the Chief Financial Officer for Park Memorial Ltd., serving in this capacity since 1991.  Prior to his position with Park Memorial, Mr. Owens served as the Senior Accountant for Lynard Publishers Ltd.  He was elected to Leduc City Council in 1983 and served as an Alderman for a total of 15 years until his retirement in 2004.  Mr. Owens has served on a number of community-based boards and organizations, including the Regional Waste Management Authority, Regional Waste/Water Commission and the Regional Water Commission.  He was Chair of the Regional Water Commission for nine years.  Mr. Owens is a resident of the City of Leduc.
